I will not be back. We had pedicure appointments for 10:30 and didn’t get seated until 11:30. One person was working when we arrived. A second person arrived at 11:05 and a third (the owner) arrived at 11:30. When I was picking out my color, I mentioned that they needed new polishes since the ones they have are old. I have been going to this location for years and it has been steadily declining. Today was my last visit. I got a 'set' of 'nails' Went in at 430. Was told to come back tomorrow, but nevermind, pick your color. I told the technician what color and shape I wanted, she argued the shape, telling me that it wouldn't look right on my fingers. My nails do NOT like the sns powder and they used it anyway, even when I asked them not to. I used to go here for years before it changed owners. Figured I would give them a try. Came in for a hard gel fill. The lady who started my nails cut and filed them too short. The man who took over not only comment that she filed all my nails sideways, but they told me I could no longer do the almond shape I had requested. When I told him I wanted the hard gel he told me that was a bad choice.
