1st time there was a let down, got our baby a haircut and she came out with patches and holes in her fur...they offered to "fix" it....so today (month later) I went back (despite knowing better) and again an awful experience and this time she was bleeding...spend a little extra and go elsewhere. Oh and when I asked what happened everyone was quick to answer with "uhhhhh I don't know"...never again.
The groomers are super professional, fast, and always do an immaculate job! Their prices are very reasonable and they obviously love my dogs as much as I do!
I love this place! I always take my dog Cairo to the Summerlin location, and I never leave disappointed. The women in there treat my dog so sweet, and they alwaysssss go above and beyond. This is the only place my cavalier King Charles will wag his tail in excitement to go to!
Brought my Husky in, which is now his 3rd time being there. He was there for about 3 hours. This time when I got him home he is super skiddish and now cowers and pees when I go to touch him. We have been going there for years with another Husky who recently passed, and this has never happened before. The work is good, but what are they doing to the pups behind the scenes to make my dog now cower to me? Now I'm nervous to bring my dog back there.
We have brought our two dogs here since we moved to Vegas and it has been great. I assume they have changed staff because my experience this week was horrible! I generally leave the boys for 4 hours. I received two calls after 2 1/2 hours to come get them (in a not pleasant voice...as if I was aggravating them). When I went in to pick up the dogs I did not like the way the woman on the left was pulling the little dog on the table by the legs...more than once!
