Not thrilled with my service so far, the statuses on the website don’t update and customer service has zero info. Paid too much for this level of non-care. The reviews here make me nervous but they’ve got another day to complete my order or I’ll just drive down to their LA office and get my money back.. and they’ll be defendants in another lawsuit, against them this time.
Too bad I cannot give them a no star. Absolutely horrible service. I submitted two same day service requests and one was returned approximately 2 weeks later and the other 1 week later. The latter was incomplete when returned. The items were only returned after I called several times to follow up. This all caused a huge problem with the client. I placed a service of process order with OneLegal. While my document had been served the day after placing the order, it took 4 days and several phone calls before receiving confirmation of service. Their website claims to have the proof back to you within 4 days after service but this is absolutely not the case as it is day 5 and I have yet to received my proof of service. I had to have some legal work done, and these people were so very patient and helpful. Maybe I'm an old lady, but they made things very easy and never sounded irritated. I had some specific logistical concerns that seemed insurmountable, and they helped me find an easy solution. In the end, they were patient with me, quick on delivery, careful & accurate in their job, and warmly professional. Everything I needed in a company.
They screw everything up and are overpriced. I don't use them for anything important.
