The staff are amazing and the facilities are great
By far, the best luxury apartment community in The Woodlands. The management here does a phenomenal job and is always super friendly and ready to assist. The amenities along with the restaurants downstairs make this community extremely convenient. Also, the referral bonus is incredible, so remember "Ross Flurry" when you're giving that referral name! �

Been living here 2 months with no issues. No complaints here.
The building is badly built. We've had things break down constantly in our unit and we're the first to move in here. Currently looking at a second leak in our apartment after the first one last month was supposedly fixed. Don't see how it was fixed if the ceiling is leaking yet again on the same spot. The property manager is also never around when I've tried to contact her and I've left messages in the past with no return calls or emails.
