Five years here and still loving it. In addition to the peaceful community, the staff is five stars! They are always friendly and willing to help. The manager Lonni, is a real go-getter and a good communicator. Dave, with the HOA maintenance is friendly, helpful, and knows who everybody is and what pet belongs to them. Damien, with TMG maintenance is a great guy who is knowledgeable and efficient.
I just wanted to take a moment to recognize Loni for being an absolutely outstanding apartment manager. From day one, she has been professional, responsive, and genuinely caring. I’ve lived here for almost 3 years and I just want to say that our newest manager Loni is on top of it! Our maintenance team is also so appreciated. They respond to requests so quickly and have a great, positive attitude and are definitely resolution focused. We had an issue with our refrigerator last year, they responded quickly and it was replaced. Our washer retired itself and they responded within a few hours and had an order in to replace it. This complex is kept very clean with regular maintenance. The maintenance manager Dave is very on point and very friendly which provides a healthy community. He even filled up my tire when I had a flat that I didn’t realize. Great guy! Most people stick to themselves here but when you get to know everyone it’s a nice little community.
