Living here for 3 years was... just okay. The property management office has seen a lot of turnover this year. There were often issues with noise (dogs and people). The gate hasn't worked in a year, parking is always a hassle, but they seem to be towing less than when I first moved in. Basic maintenance is timely, but if you have an actual broken appliance it tends to take a lot longer.
The maintenance guy "Dave" is like "Mr. Rogers in the neighborhood"!! - he is friendly and always has a smile and hello - he knows the dogs names and carries treats in his pocket - when you are at the garbage location and he is there tidying up, he takes your garbage for you - he fixes much needed sprinklers - should he be on his cart he waves - he picks up dog poop! (ugh) and any trash laying around - I am grateful for his demeanor in such a challenging society we experience daily - he deserves a giant "ATTA" guy!
I did a tour with Micah as soon as the leasing office and he was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable about the units. He was very quick with getting back to me on available units and was super friendly. The property is clean and the neighbors are very friendly.
Parking here is terrible. You have to register even if you live here or you'll get a ticket and/or towed. Neighbors don't pick up their dogs poop and there's no enforcement of the rules here. Leaving soon as possible.
