I have lived here for 4 months, Loni is very personable and professional at the same time. Loni has helped me get my Amazon code, which I didn't know about with the last property manager. Apartment surroundings are kept clean. Great job to the team!
Solid place to live especially if you have pets. The building is super dog and cat friendly. Parking can be an issue but nothing crazy to work around for us. Gave it an extra star for the staff! Loni & Dave are awesome and our pup is obsessed with them.
The unit is pretty comfortable and nice. Great views into the woods, lots of critters. The building is pretty quiet and well maintained by Dave. Loni and the team are great and very quick to fulfill maintenance requests. The gate used to be a big issue but now it has been fixed for extra security. The Amazon locker on site is very convenient.
Damion came to fix a few things around my apartment. He was so friendly and efficient. He made sure before leaving that everything was working and even had to run out for parts but was still able to finish within a short time frame. 5 stars for Damion!
