One Kings Lane has been a total fiasco. ordered a 2 piece sectional in late November. Finally had delivery scheduled last Friday (7 weeks post order)...the shipping company arrived with only one of the two pieces and the piece that was delivered had a large, palm-sized stain. This is OKL's "white glove" delivery service for which they charge $199. Deserving of zero stars. Similar experience as last review: order is two months past promised delivery of 12 weeks (custom order) and no one at One Kings Lane seems to care or want to find the missing order. Logistics is a straight forward process, so either One Kings Lane is using the wrong carrier or One Kings Lane itself is terribly managed. Buying products from One Kings Lane has been the single worst online shopping experience of my life. If you want something on this website, I suggest you find the products elsewhere. I ordered two things, a framed picture and a bed. The framed picture came messed up so I have to go get it reframed. Only half of the bed arrived with zero answers about when the rest of it will arrive. Don't use this website!
Horrible experience! What ever you do, don't get the white glove service. Waited four hours on Tuesday. No phone call! Called the Company twice to confirm delivery details. Told they would be here Friday and now they are saying two more weeks. So disappointed!
