As far as I know, the realtor fees in New York vary from 10-15%. The very first page of the contract says that 1Irving Place Realty will settle on a 12% commission fee. However, despite what the contract says, the broker crossed the number out with his pen and called for a 15% commission fee saying he can't do anything lower than that.
