New management took over this place during my second year of living here. Ever since, it has been awful. The old staff were lovely, the new staff are rude and dismissive for the most part. Had very limited friendly interactions. During heavy renovations to the property, they towed current residents cars and blocked access to entrance ways. Management needs to stop being dismissive and start genuinely helping the people who live here. I can’t recommend this place to anyone. The internet has gone out twice, each time for three days or more. For anyone working remotely, this is completely unworkable. And when the wifi does function, the signal is only usable if you’re sitting right next to the router. Reaching out to management for help has been pointless. Do yourself a favor and DO NOT sign a lease with this company. And if you already live here, think twice before renewing. Ever since the new management took over, the service and attitude have gone completely downhill. They also got rid of the previous staff, who were actually helpful and professional, and replaced them with people who are nearly impossible to reach. Maintenance is unreliable. It sucks that I can't give this place a 0 because it does not even deserve one star. I do not recommend living here. I've lived here for 3 years now and honestly the only reason I've stayed this long is because I hate moving. The staff is rude and they don't care about your concerns at all. As long as you dont need to go to them for anything, you could live here somewhat comfortably.
