I have lived here for 3 weeks and it’s terrible. We haven’t had AC for 2 WHOLE WEEKS while we’re in the middle of a heat wave. We put in a long list of maintenance requests when we moved in since everything was broken. Nobody has come up here to fix anything and it’s been 2 weeks. We are missing closet doors, sinks won’t drain, outlets aren’t covered, missing blinds, the windows won’t open and if they do, they don’t even have a screen. BEWARE: FALSE ADVERTISING and SCAM apartment complex Everyone should be aware that this apartment complex LIES to its tenants. I was told when viewing the property that there would be a private shuttle taking tenants from the property to UIUC campus. When I get here it turns out that is COMPLETELY false and something that they say to international students to try and trick them into signing a contract. Now I have to take very unreliable buses that are sometimes delayed for HOURS at a time instead of getting what they PROMISE... read more

My experience was good it was clean Calvin the staff here was very nice and respectful and I enjoyed him showing me everything and his willingness to answer any questions

1. They keep changing the price on rent. One minute it’s more than your original rent price when you first leased. The next it’s 100 dollars off your rent price plus “free” rent for 2 months. If they can change the rent price as they pleas. Why increase it in the first place? “We have to increase due to the market value.” The market value didn’t change from 1 to 6 months. 2.
