The gate doesn’t work with my phone service and Onyx management offers no solution other than to call Cellgate, the company contracted for the gates, only to be told that your phone is blocking their 900 number. Nothing I can do on my end to unblock because there is no option. It is a complete hassle for those of us without cars and even Uber and delivery drivers hate it here and tell us to complain. Great Complex, i highly recommend it. took care of me during my first year at university. Gym is always super clean, offers water, and is hardly ever full. Special thanks to Calvin for assisting me with the different renewal and move out processes.
