(Updated) Since the new management took over, maintenance requests have been handled much more slowly than before. The property is advertised as having a 24/7 gym, but recently residents have only been able to access it during office hours. In addition, the gate call system stopped working, forcing me to run to the gate multiple times (three times in one week) to let visitors in. They cancelled my lease 2 months prior to my move in because they “oversold”. I was left to figure out a new lease on my own. I feel like the least they could’ve done was transfer my lease or give me a discounted offer in a new two bed unit elsewhere in their sister property. It felt like they dropped our legal agreement and took no responsibility in helping me secure a new spot.
The new property management company is terrible! They literally fired all the girls in the office that HELPED them transition to owning the property and hired all men(but kept the 2 maintenance men). I’m actually really irritated with this and can’t wait until my lease is up! That is truly disgusting and shows that they have no integrity whatsoever. It gives narcissistic masculinity and I genuinely want to throw up.
Wanted to be able to use the pool area as it was listed on our event schedule it would be open today. Went to see if it was, the pool is green and had so many bugs. Property management could be better.
Been a resident for over a year, communication is steady, prices are reasonable for students and the amenities are always available. Emergency maintenance is always available, great property all around.
