It was a nice relaxing pool party. Would like to see more events like this.
Such a sweet young man! He seems to genuinely care about the community and his awareness of what is best for everyone seems to resound in his event plannings.
I recently moved into the Linc, and it's been great so far, The management is really kind and helpful here. Steven is a great guy and organises many events to interact with people. The people at the leasing office are also super nice and helpful. Overall a great experience so far.
Edit 9/4: they haven’t removed the trash from the bus shelter in weeks (see photo). Trash is also strewn about the property everywhere since they apparently don’t pay people to maintain the property anymore (the lawn mower recently ran over the scattered trash so now there’s shredded water bottles and such everywhere) Edit 8/23: they make you do the maintenance labor now (see attached—apparently now we get to install drip pans and lightbulbs ourselves?)
