As Tornado displaced renters, we sought a location with amenities and proximity to our home. Our leasing experience, or daily communication with staff and management have been outstanding. We have expanded our social circle at management sponsored events. Our pet hasn’t enjoyed it as much without a yard but she loves the attention she receives from staff and other residents. We were not looking for change but it happened and we are enjoying our temporary home.
One Hundred Above the Park has deceptive business practices; I was gaslit by a leasing agent when I pointed out the obscene noise coming from the AC unit (it sounded like an aircraft, they pretended they were hearing nothing). They then lied to me about there being a setting to "turn it down" (there was not; it was "on" and "off"). Also they do not allow food deliveries up to your apartment. Great apartment, great people. I lived at the 100 for the 3 years. The apartment offers arguably the best views of forest park in all of St. Louis. Living here for 3 years I never got tired of it. The building is centrally located in the CWE and is walking distance to grocery stores, coffee shops, bars, and restaurants. Every apartment will have an issue or two, but the best thing about this place is that when you make a complaint or request to management, they actually listen and fix it.
