EDIT: Alright so I wrote a rather scathing review a year or two ago when I was considering moving in, and had a bad experience with their leasing office at the time (plus frustration surrounding a few policies, and feeling a little underwhelmed in a few areas too). But in the end, there were very few places in Saint Louis that met my requirements, so recently I ended up deciding to compromise and sign a lease anyway. Awesome views and location, otherwise the building is somewhat discordant with price range. Very bizarre for a luxury apartment to have a cave-like gym overlooking a parking lot with blinds forced shut when it could have overlooked forest park instead of the TV room which stays empty most of the time. Same for pool. Also they have a package locker but usually packages go to a locked room or to the locker without a code, so you have to bother front desk person to help you most of the time. As Tornado displaced renters, we sought a location with amenities and proximity to our home. Our leasing experience, or daily communication with staff and management have been outstanding. We have expanded our social circle at management sponsored events. Our pet hasn’t enjoyed it as much without a yard but she loves the attention she receives from staff and other residents. We were not looking for change but it happened and we are enjoying our temporary home.
One Hundred Above the Park has deceptive business practices; I was gaslit by a leasing agent when I pointed out the obscene noise coming from the AC unit (it sounded like an aircraft, they pretended they were hearing nothing). They then lied to me about there being a setting to "turn it down" (there was not; it was "on" and "off"). Also they do not allow food deliveries up to your apartment.
