I've lived here for 2 years and have really enjoyed the stay, views and community. The large package room is closed off and only accessible by a staff member which meant that I didn't have to worry about them being stolen. The views from the apartments are either city views or Forest Park views and absolutely stunning (especially the city views at night of the STL Arch). The facilities and management have been impeccable. I would like to give special recognition to Inbar for her kindness and attention to detail, which have made my experience truly outstanding. She was instrumental in navigating the challenges of moving and staying at an exceptional facility.
I’m giving them a bad review Due to their residence always blocking the only entryway on the side. If you have businesses coming in, you need to tell them to park under your loading dock or delivery so that side street is not blocked. It is an inconvenience for all different delivery drivers and residents. When trying to get through, nobody knows how to reach those unloading to tell them to move out of the way for everybody else to come through.
Once again, Victor provided extraordinary service. He moved our rugs, readied the equipment and replaced our dryer by himself. There were no marks on the floor or walls. It could have not gone better. Maintenance and mgt were wonderful.
