We’re paying $3,500 per month for a one-bedroom here, excluding parking, internet, utilities, and everything else. This place is definitely overrated and overpriced. The view is good if you have a park view, and the building itself is new. This place takes your phone or your ID in exchange for a cart so you can carry your packages, which I am not even sure is legal. All of the carts here should be available for residents to use considering how much we pay, but instead we have to leave something behind just to borrow one, w... read more

I have lived here for a year and I am still amazed how the staff goes above and beyond for the residents. I can have a small conversation in passing with anyone of them. I always give them the curiosity and space when I make a request because they are working hard everyday to uphold the standard of the building

I've lived here for 2 years and have really enjoyed the stay, views and community. The large package room is closed off and only accessible by a staff member which meant that I didn't have to worry about them being stolen. The views from the apartments are either city views or Forest Park views and absolutely stunning (especially the city views at night of the STL Arch). Many WashU students stay here, but rest assured no parties are being held. Walls are thin but never have had major noise complaints. Inbar, the Property Man... read more
