This cleaners ruined a $200 blazer of mine. I brought it in due to a stain on the right shoulder. I just met with the owner who acknowledged making the hole in the shoulder. But, will not reimburse me as they do not feel it was their fault; even thought the hole was not there when I brought the jacket to her. She says it is my fault because she "thinks" it might have been the type of stain that caused the hole.
