They referred me to another company that came out. My sewer backed up and the guy made me feel extremely bad about it while I was already stressed. He broke my door to my furnace room after complaining how small it was be kept telling me he rescheduled others for mine and it was a waste of his time. Then said he would double charge me for coming out if I didn’t pay cash and followed me to the bank. I called to complain but nothing was done. Mike P. did an excellent job replacing a main shutoff valve, installing a bathroom tap and upgrading lines, clearing pipes and checking my furnace. He was very thorough. The company sent a photo of him and a bio to me before he arrived. I really appreciated that. I will definitely use this company in the future. Thank you.
Had my mothers furnace and water heater replaced, when it was done I thought I smelt natural gas, but the supervisor said it was not. However on Sunday my mother complained, called ATCO because she had a headache and the smell of natural gas was there. ATCO emergency came ASAP, and confirmed that there was a natural gas leak, as one of the connections was not tight. Thank god my mother is alive. I would not recommend this business to anyone, We have the ATCO report, so I am not lying, I could take legal action, but why waste... read more
Lowell, our service technician, was excellent! He was fast to get back to us, and was there to help in a short amount of time. He was cool and collected, knowledgable and fast in the repairs. Highly recommend!
