D I had dropped off one suit and 5 shirts. I returned to pick up my clothes, paid and left. My shirts were clean and neatly pressed as usual. However my suit had an odd odor. Upon calling the store the following morning I spoke to a gentleman, who was not caring or understanding. I tried to explain the odor I could smell coming from my suit. He told me my suit had "mold" on it. This is a ridiculous remark, as I wear my suit often. I will not return do to his "rude attitude".
High Unacceptable This dry cleaner ruined a garment of mine. The owner was extremely rude over the phone and then hung up on me.
