I took in a Christian Dior 100% cashmere, Made in England scarf with two separate label IDs on it (both sewn in separately, very well sewn in as per such luxury items), and the labels were gone when I went to pick up the scarf and the scarf was not the scarf I dropped off! Got my jacket back worse with white stains all over the jacket and the jacket smelt like cigarettes. Not willing to me give a refund or even cared the jacket looked and smelt like it hadn’t been cleaned. Extremely rude
