My husband and I have used these guys several times now for duct work repair, maintenance work, and electrical problems with our unit. Craig consistently meets me with kindness every time I reach out. He is very responsive, and ALWAYS follows through -even on short notice. Can’t say enough great things about all of the guys I have worked with here- Jason and Shawn have been amazing!! I would definitely recommend One Hour Heating and Air to anyone, and I will continue to work with them in the future!!

They came out and gave us an estimate with two prices said it could be done same day for more and less for next day (this was a price difference in parts I believe) mind you we have been without ac for a couple days in 88-91 degrees in the house. Never received a phone call, even signed up for some stupid family plan, and had to call a different company to come out and fix it for us by Friday. Thank god for Sam Pickrens ac company

I've just gotten the best service from this company. My thermostat became a little glitchy (which is bad news on the first chilly day of the season, right ?) That was no problem for the "One Hour AC&H" company. Within 2.5 hours, Mario, a superb technician, was knocking on my door. He got right to work in a confident manner. I stayed out of his way as I observed that he was quite focused.
