Thank you to one hour heating and air conditioing and thank you to Tory for the excellent service. I originally called reliant which was a mistake. I waited for reliant for 9 hours and they didn't show so I called one hour and they were there within 45 minutes and fixed my problem. The cost was affordable and I signed up for a membership. Tory was awesome and straight forward. Again, thank you, Jeff
I believe the guy name was Torey, he was very pleasant, answered all of my questions and got the job done in a decent amount of time. He made sure that he explained the problem in detail before he started working. GREAT customer service & would definitely use them again and also recommend!!!!
