Absolutely terrible and shady business! My friend has been calling for days to get service for a broken furnace that is UNDER warranty. They have been avoiding his calls for several days, passing his call off to the machine or helping the manager avoid talking to him. When he had strong choice words for them after many days of frustration, they acted all high and mighty and are now refusing to service his furnace. Avoid this company! Wake up with broken furnance. One hour heating cannot make it here for 5 days. Don't bother, call professionals.
Drew was prompt and helpful. Service was great and pointed out that my duct work was in good order. Will call again for a summer service.
