Cobi was great!!! He did a thorough evaluation of our system and made recommendations based on what was immediate and what would be long-term. Would definitely have him come back again.
So unfortunately I had a no-show technician. It seems like he didn’t contact the company letting them know. My tenant had to call them to see what’s going on. They either had no idea or had just found out the tech was a no-show. They told her they would be calling around to see who is available. But not once did they contact me. And when I called them, I received no apology for that unprofessional behavior and then no communication.
