This is nothing but a booking service. I called around 4:00 PM on a Thursday, and they offered me an after-hours appointment for the same day from 8:00–10:00 PM. I booked the appointment. I received a call a little while later stating there was a glitch in the system and they couldn't accommodate me tonight. Fine. I called back, and they confirmed they couldn't be there until between 1:00–3:00 PM the following day. Fine. Cobi was amazing! Found the issue right away & very promptly & professionally got my AC running again! Highly recommend!
Greg was prompt and polite. It has been an ongoing problem with my a/c. Very frustrating but he has communicated with me and helped me understand what was going on. I would recommend him.
