I am thankful that I got a second opinion before dropping $20,000 on a new furnace that they said I needed. Another company came out and were able to fix the issue under the manufacturers warranty. Response to owner: I was never told that the unit could be under warranty still. I was told a repair would be over 6k, so it wouldn’t be worth the cost to repair. The tech never mentioned the LIFETIME manufacture warranty on the part that went out.
Jake was absolutely amazing and very knowledgeable. He explained every detail to my husband and I and helped us choose the best option for us. Jake was also great with my children and pets including my dog that wouldn't stop following him and barking. He showed patience and understanding when my 8 year old daughter talked his ear off.
