Preston came and did the yearly furnace cleaning and maintenance.
On Friday morning at 1am my heat went out on my furnace. I tried for a couple hours to get the heat to kick back on and it wouldn't. Especially with the frost freeze warning my house thankfully stayed in the upper 60's I called just to get an AI operator not to pleased with that. So my mother called and finalled asked for a real person to talk to. They called and set up an emergency call for Friday afternoon.
