Checked my aging heat pump system and confirmed that everything was working as it should. There was no high pressure sales implemented by Mike my technician. He was just very through and honest about the state of my system, which was much appreciated. My experience with this company was very positive.

The system was just inspected in Nov but was making bad noises in Jan. I called for service and got an appointment in 2 days. While it was more than I wanted to pay( is any amount good?) I feel sure the problem was fixed and suggested improvements will only enhance my quality of living and hopefully be more financially beneficial against ridiculous power bills. Thank you to Arjay for being thorough, friendly, and a very good salesman.
Past experiences have been generally great and Calvert/One Hour also recently installed a new furnace which is working well but pending an electrical issue to be resolved later. I’ve had a recent issue with a minisplit that required some service- Jimmy had done a really nice job, was helpful and a good guy the times he came out (Oct/Nov) but something seems to have been missed; thus I asked that another person take a look.
