CJ was very friendly and nice. He went above and beyond with the heating system and was extremely thorough. He answered all of my questions and explained the heating system, humidifier, air conditioner, and filter system. I'm so glad we'll be having Cleaner air with our new filter system. I love One Hour Heating's membership that they offer that includes free yearly maintenance service. Amy
Mike Hornung arrived ahead of schedule and took care to wear shoe covers when entering our home. He was able to quickly diagnose the problem with our gas furnace and secure needed parts from the warehouse. The repair was completed and heat was restored within minutes after he returned with the parts. This exemplifies 5-star service.
everything was quick and efficient from scheduling the appointment to Anthony coming out for the maintenance of my heater. Anthony called when he was on his way and arrived during the window given. He was respectful and introduced himself. He was very knowledgeable and friendly. As a first time customer Anthony also made me aware of their club agreements but was not pushy with it. Will definitely be looking into it and will be using them in our new house. Thank you!
The service team was exceptional very accommodating, knowledgeable, friendly, and worked very well under pressure. My unit gave so many problems during the visit however, those young men remained calm and persistent until the issue was resolved. My family is very grateful we were nervous about the smoke the unit was causing it’s been a few days now more smoke the heat is actually working BETTER since being serviced through your team!
