Checked my aging heat pump system and confirmed that everything was working as it should. There was no high pressure sales implemented by Mike my technician. The system was just inspected in Nov but was making bad noises in Jan. I called for service and got an appointment in 2 days. While it was more than I wanted to pay( is any amount good?) I feel sure the problem was fixed and suggested improvements will only enhance my quality of living and hopefully be more financially beneficial against ridiculous power bills. Thank you to Arjay for being thorough, friendly, and a very good salesman.
