CJ was very friendly and nice. He went above and beyond with the heating system and was extremely thorough. He answered all of my questions and explained the heating system, humidifier, air conditioner, and filter system. I'm so glad we'll be having Cleaner air with our new filter system. I love One Hour Heating's membership that they offer that includes free yearly maintenance service. Amy

everything was quick and efficient from scheduling the appointment to Anthony coming out for the maintenance of my heater. Anthony called when he was on his way and arrived during the window given. He was respectful and introduced himself. He was very knowledgeable and friendly. As a first time customer Anthony also made me aware of their club agreements but was not pushy with it. Will definitely be looking into it and will be using them in our new house. Thank you!

Terrell was very knowledgeable and did a great checkup on my AC system! Showed me everything and provided me with a few good tips. Hopefully my original 10 year old system will make it another year? If not I know who to call 1HR baby💪

Hai had excellent communication skills and helped me find reasonable solutions to fix my HVAC issue. I’m really glad Hai and the team were available and offered such easy online scheduling. The tracking app that shows when your technician will arrive is also awesome and super convenient!

The employees at this company are amazing. From the logistics side (LEHANNA) to the service technician (CAI) who arrived and made my wife and me very comfortable and (Cai) very determined.
