I recently needed some minor repairs and routine maintenance on my unit, and the experience was outstanding. Technician Hai Lo arrived on time and took great care of everything. He is extremely knowledgeable, courteous, and professional. Hai was very thorough and detail-oriented throughout the entire service, making sure everything was done correctly. I truly appreciate the quality of his work and the time he took to explain everything. I am extremely happy with both the company and, especially, technician Hai Lo. I highly... read more

The Tech was very polite and knowledgeable. It took him all of 15 minutes because he knew exactly how to proceed with resolving my issue after asking me some questions, I loved that. It’s working and I signed up for a service plan so the initial services charged was waived.

I can’t say enough good things about this company. When my mom’s AC unit stopped working in the middle of a heatwave, I was panicking. But One Hour Heating & Air Conditioning sent out a technician within just one hour – truly exceptional service! Michael arrived and was the epitome of professionalism. He was incredibly knowledgeable, took the time to diagnose the issue quickly, and patiently answered every single question we had (and we had a lot!). He fixed the AC unit on the spot and made sure everything was running perfe... read more

Called this service out twice for house not cooling. First tech found nothing wrong. Paid service fee. Weather was nice so we didn’t use AC for a few weeks. Went to use it again and same problem house not cooling. Call for tech to come out again and we were low on refrigerant. Filled up + service fee. House feels nice and finally cooled down to the set temperature. Then I went to bed and woke up to a hot house again. Since it was a holiday weekend and I already paid two service fees plus a $400 change that lasted les... read more

Mike Hornung arrived on time and got straight to work. When the system maintenance was completed, he carefully explained all the recommended services going forward, first giving me the whole estimate, then breaking it down into sections. It was all contained in an email he sent, so I didn't have to worry about remembering everything. Very pleased with Mike and this company. Because I have a maintenance contract my service today was free.
