Very thorough and found the problem because he took the time to investigate the system. Friendly and personable, a pleasure to have in my home. The technicians that replaced the AC system did a fantastic job. All three were very friendly and Uriel explained everything in a helpful way. One Hour Heating and Air Conditioning is the company to choose for your unit repairs. They give you notifications with photos of the technician and location tracking on when they will be arriving. My technician were nice, got the job done and cleaned up with no extra cleaning left for me to do. Looks like they weren't even here have it not for the cool air circulating in my house.Thank you.
