The technician came to see whether or not I had a leak in my water main. He thoroughly explained to me how to check the new meter the city installed and did not charge me a thing. Should I ever need service I will consult them again. Professional, responsive and thoughtful.
While they might have eventually communicated, and became available, and seemingly gotten the job done, they will PRICE GOUGE you in comparison to other local companies. I was charged over DOUBLE what other local companies would charge, as I checked. They take advantage, knowing you don't have another choice once the technician is there particularly on a holiday weekend as it was.
