I have not used them before. I called for an emergency no heat. I agreed to the whopping $269 emergency service. They came out in one hour. They diagnosed a probable oil flow issue (ie clogged filter). They literally did not have the oil filter on the truck. When I called back, they said someone will call tomorrow. It is 15 degrees outside.

10/10!! My furnace stopped working and had no heat for 3days, waiting on the company that intially installed the malfunctioning part to get back to us. My mom decided to try this company instead of waiting any longer and I'm so glad she did. They were professional, honest and quick....from the first call to the service that technician Nathan performed. Ralph came to give me an estimate on not only the price, but a better option on what oil tank to use and its location. Both recommendations were great. The team showed up on time and immediately went to work. Within approximately 4 hours the work was completed. With the exception of my new oil tank, you would never have believed any work had been done around my home. I would highly recommend this company, and you can use me as a referral. Excellent!!! On a holiday weekend when it’s 85 outside and my 2nd floor AC was not working … they called me back promptly and within the hour Gary was fixing the problem! 5 star service! Highly recommend them.
