Sept 14, 2023 (update): According to the message you will hear when calling this business, 1-Hr has apparently closed and is no longer in business. They have referred (sold?) our account (and maintenance plan) to a company called Sierra Pacific Home & Comfort Services, who will supposedly honor the maintenance plans. I have been with this company for a very long time and thought they did quality work and provided great customer service. Things have changed drastically this year. I called in June 2023to have someone come out and look at my A/C unit that was replaced in August of 2020. A tech came out and found a possible leak. He topped off the Freon at no charge, which I appreciated since it was still under warranty. Another tech would have to come out and perform a leak test.
