Tim Strowd was professional, knowledgeable, prompt, conscientious, and personable. He performed a diagnostic on our ac, quickly found the problem and fixed it in short order. If I could I would give him 10 stars.
Tim and Joseph got us up and running with a new fan motor; sure was great to have the. AC back again. They had to work overtime to get it done due in part to the unit’s poor design creating several supports blocking ease of access. Hats off to them both for a job well done!
