Very professional when they came out to give us our estimate very reasonable pricing thank you Tim Strowd for answering all our questions. We Are looking forward to the new unit. The unit was installed. Chris did an excellent job with the installation Making sure every thing was up and running before they left. Mike did the best cleaning job on the vents took his time and made sure everything was done correctly. Thank you all
Juan was great. Very knowledgeable and identified a problem with my A/C that my warranty will cover.
One Hour Heating are true professionals. Mike did duct work and did a fantastic job. He did not rush and it showed in the finals results. The job was difficult as the ducts required a lot of work due to the fact the house had 20 years of cigarette smoke. Tim was great , he explains everything to you in terms that are understandable. Very personable. I would highly recommend One Hour Heating & Air Conditioning without hesitation.
