Technician Juan and Joe were outstanding and clearly understood our concerns regarding our situation.
Not a very professional experience even though the tech arrived earlier than expected. He only took a picture of the unit outside and had to rush to the next appointment without inspecting the interior of the unit. The worst part comes with the leadership telling me I’m wrong about the events of the day and subsequent phone calls. Our AC went out on a Friday and our warranty’s company wouldn’t be out until Monday. So I called One Hour Air and they got us on the schedule for a late call. But then they were ahead of schedule and came 2.5 hours early. He found out it was just a faulty breaker and fixed it fast and was gone before I even got home from work.
