Joshua and John were polite, professional, and thorough. I appreciated most how they patiently explained the issue with my furnace in a way that was understandable.

We got an appt right away with theough our warranty company which has never happened before. Joshua arrived on time, very knowledgeable, professional and polite. Had the heat pump back working right away. Highly recommended the company and Joshua.
If I could give this company a zero star rating, I’d most definitely would our heat went out yesterday February 17. We messaged the company at about 630 last night About 10 minutes later we got a phone call. My husband explained what was going on and they said they would have somebody come out today February 18 between 10 and 12. Joshua was great diagnosing and fixing my furnace when it went out. Near zero temps outside and temps dropping inside quickly. He showed up quick, diagnosed, fixed and explained the problem and potential future issues with my old furnace. I will be using One Hour for my future furnace and air maintenance, and heavily recommend them.
