Lettrell came to my house at 5:00 pm and his knowledge of Air-conditioning was way above his competitors. He was higher in price, but after an hour with him I knew that he was my AC guy that looked out for my family’s best interest. LaScott and Raynard were two professionals that installed our new HVAC. WOW I am completely blown away by their knowledge and flawless install. If you are Buying a HVAC, If you don’t come to One Hour Air you cut yourself short of the service and expertise you were supposed to receive.
Excellent technician polite kind and knew his ac units
I called to make a service appointment on multiple units after using using their company for almost a decade. I was told that they were scheduling a month out and their office never put me on the schedule. Which initially, is understandable. Now I am told I have to wait another month. Their lack of professionalism is reflecting on my own business and that is unacceptable. I will be choosing a different company.
