The customer service prior to installation was amazing (Jen and Craig.) The two techs who did the 2 day installation were incredible. Zach and Cayden were polite, on time, communicative and were so careful with my escape artists dogs! We highly recommend!!

It was 4th of July weekend when the AC went down and we made a call to One Hour. Our technician Zachary went above and beyond to take care of me and provided basic education along the way. Costs were reasonable, and I was on my way in no time with a wonderfully cool home. I would definitely recommend the membership maintenance plan as it’s a great concept for a longer lifetime on your HVAC system.
