It was 4th of July weekend when the AC went down and we made a call to One Hour. Our technician Zachary went above and beyond to take care of me and provided basic education along the way. Costs were reasonable, and I was on my way in no time with a wonderfully cool home. I would definitely recommend the membership maintenance plan as it’s a great concept for a longer lifetime on your HVAC system.

I would give this company 10 stars if I could! Came home from work on a Saturday night to a warm house and was able to schedule an emergency technician to come out on Easter Sunday! After ordering some parts, a well qualified and friendly tech, Shaheem, was able to get everything working for less than I originally expected. The office and management teams are both efficient and happy to help. So happy I called them!
Mario did a great Job. He checked everything he found a few Low Volt (LV) wires that the wires were broken. I would have to recommend "One Hour Heating and Air" to everyone. Thanks again
