Tim the salesman explained everything thoroughly. We received an appointment right away for installation. Aaron and his partner were awesome. Aaron communicated with me and took pictures to get my approval prior to each installation step. Especially for the location of the split unit we were getting. When the job was completed, all materials were hauled away and everything looked great. I would recommend this company and team, to include Melissa in the office, anytime! Thank you for being so helpful.
Matt, our One Hour technician was awesome. He showed up promptly, went over options on different smart thermostats, and went right to work. After installation, he took the time to set up the wifi and showed us how to operate it. Highly recommend One Hour HVAC and more importantly Matt

Austin was wonderful. We had him come out to check our HVAC and he laid out all the options for us. Knowledgeable, respectful and friendly.
Outstanding service from start to finish! Tim quickly diagnosed the issue, got our unit temporarily running right away, and returned exactly when he said he would to complete the repair. Honest, professional, and no-nonsense — we’ll definitely be calling him for all of our future HVAC repairs and now have a maintenance contract as well.
