Outstanding service from start to finish! Tim quickly diagnosed the issue, got our unit temporarily running right away, and returned exactly when he said he would to complete the repair. Honest, professional, and no-nonsense — we’ll definitely be calling him for all of our future HVAC repairs and now have a maintenance contract as well.
I contacted this company for a repair tool my air handler. After $2,500 of being moved around on the schedule, parts not being ordered, the wrong part being ordered, I was now told my system need to be completely replaced with a $18,000+ price tag. The big issue is the reasons for why the system needs to be replaced should have been seen and disclosed the first visit. Austin was very thorough and explained every detail of the service that he was performing. He also made suggestions regarding filters and future HVAC services for us to consider. His customer service was was excellent.
