Shawn, Tim and Kyle were amazing. They are all very smart and highly knowledgeable. Each one explained their area of expertise and gave expert recommendations. I contacted this company for a repair tool my air handler. After $2,500 of being moved around on the schedule, parts not being ordered, the wrong part being ordered, I was now told my system need to be completely replaced with a $18,000+ price tag. The big issue is the reasons for why the system needs to be replaced should have been seen and disclosed the first visit. Austin was very thorough and explained every detail of the service that he was performing. He also made suggestions regarding filters and future HVAC services for us to consider. His customer service was was excellent.
