My technican was awesome and did an outstanding job. The main reason for the low rating was the continously issues with the scheduling, ordering of parts, and other issues through the actual office. I was pushed along waiting for over a week in below freezing temperatures even after already paying the required amounts needed. I also had appointments say they were made and on the date of service told that I didn't have an appointment. Besides these glaring issues, the actual service (the technician/labor side) was awesome.
I had my ducts cleaned. It was long overdue and the price seemed reasonable. They were careful to not make a mess and it didn't take long.
Mike was wonderful!!!! Very personable, professional, and knowledgeable , patient and kind !
Doing the unexpected single digit weather a few weeks ago. My condensation line was frozen from the outside to the furnace area. This create internal faults within the furnace unit causing it not to work properly. I had (5) ONE HOUR ‘EMPLOYEES’ at my residence analyzing this unfortunate circumstance. Thanks to Jeff Catalini Field Supervisor, Kyle Wilson Operations Manager, John Rocker Austin Schmidt and Thomas COOK ‘TJ’ all Technicians analyzing and try to find solutions.
