The service men was professional in every aspect. I'm very pleased with there service.
I had my courtesy visit this afternoon. The Tech who came out Christian, was very knowledgeable and helped me understand how to better care for my unit. I never would of thought cut grass would of been an issue. Just to make everyone aware keep the cut grass away from the condenser unit. If you have a lawn crew make them aware of not to blow grass into the unit as a matter of fact blow it away from the unit.
Our tech Christian was very friendly and solved our AC issue very quickly. 100% would recommend to anyone in need of his service. Thank you Christian and One Hour Heating & Air Conditioning!
David serviced the AC Unit exceptionally and showed me what to look for to properly take care of unit as well as anything that wasn’t working to its full specifications. Nolan also went into Utility room conducted inspection of Air Flow within intake and outgoing as well as make sure both furnace and AC unit is free of dirt which it was already.
Had a great experience with 1 hour heating. David Morgan was very professional. Answered all my questions. Had knowledge of the system. Would recommend.
