AC unit stopped working and they got everything up and running smoothly. Great experience from start to finish! Appointment set up was easy and professional over the phone. I received a text in advance with my techicians name and tracking information so I knew right when they would arrive. Technician (Mike) was knowledgeable, efficient, and very patient and thourough answering all of my many questions as he worked. I will absolutely be calling them again if I need assistance in the future.
Told me they would be over 2-5pm range. Showed up at 12. Was not home and had already fixed the issue and was planning on cancelling and they tried to make me pay for them showing up early when I was not home. Completely unprofessional
I installed heating and air conditioning systems. The city came to inspect the electrical work but failed to pass it. Since I had already paid in full, they claimed they didn't have the necessary licenses and therefore couldn't proceed with the repairs.
Everyone was so amazing, and friendly. Everything was explained and straightforward. I am so grateful they made a new furnace happen same day.
