Great experience again!
We had an issue with our furnace. The tech Tim Wood diagnosed the problem immediately and fixed it in two hours. I’m very happy with that experience.
I've had them for 10 years since I own the whole month. And every time they are excellent.
Nate was very prompt. He accessed the problem very quickly and made the necessary repairs. When he was done with the work, he explained the charges. I would recommend him and One Hour to do my work again.
So thankful for these guys. Reinaldo is awesome... friendly, informative and truly cared. The dog and I were super cold after the furnace stopped working on a 15° night... you guys are real life heros to us! Thanks so much for coming out, persisting for a cure, and being so thorough!
