I am writing this for my 83 yr old parents. They had a new system put in 4 years ago and just over 2 years the system was not cooling. They call and a tech came out and said it was low on freon. So the tech charged them $90.00/ lb for the freon plus the service call. At this point my parents signed up for their maintenance services. 6 months later the system was not cooling again so they came out and said it was low on freon again. Scotty and Lane saved the day when one of our AC units stopped working last week right before we were leaving town. They came late in the evening and had it back up and running within an hour and also helped us with maintenance as we have a new house with more complicated systems.
