I had an emergency when my heater stopped working right in the middle of winter. Thankfully, they came out immediately and got it running again in no time. Their service was top-notch—professional, prompt, and friendly—and their prices simply can’t be beat. I’ll definitely be calling them again for any future heater or HVAC issues!

Victor went the extra mile to diagnose an issue we had with our pool filter system that was affecting our pool heater. He then communicated the problem to our pool company very effectively and really helped to solve our problem. He has made me a loyal customer and I will call him when it is time to replace the pool heater.

It was an OK place to work, never micromanaged, just told what to do and left it up to myself to get it done. Only giving 2 stars for the fact that I am a service tech and not an installer and I kept aggravating a low back injury because Randy kept hiring people who would rather play on their phone or always wanted to stop to eat instead of working. Don't expect to get a word in when talking to Randy because he will interrupt you and talk over the top of you. Too much type A personality.
