Great service! Tony arrived 25 minutes after scheduling appointment for a fozen unit. Very polite, thorough, informative and explained everything in detail. Outside Unit inspected, diagnosed and work completed within an hour and half to include inspection of unit in attic. Will definitely use for all our repairs.
Ask for DJ Smith. Having a technician respond so quickly to our initial call was great and then having him spend over an hour thoroughly diagnosing my HVAC issues during a free-estimate appointment was amazing. Our concerns were alleviated and I feel confident with this company’s ability to provide the service we need.
Tristen arrived ahead of schedule. He was polite, professional and courteous. He conducted my end of year service and provided a signed copy of all systems checked and verified it was in good working order for winter. I have had a wonderful experience with this company and will continue to use them for my AC needs.
This was our second time hiring One Hour Htg. & A/C of Crystal Coast, since our first experience with them was so positive. This time was to replace both of our 13-year old heat pumps and air handlers. They replaced one unit within one day of our call and the second unit on the following day.
