Amazing company and amazing people. Helped me out in a pinch and got our unit working again. Highly recommend them for sure!!! All my business will go to them from now on!!! Had them come out today as our unit had quit on us. Set an appointment online. Was very promptly called to let me know what time the tech would be here. 5/16 Update: The owner has made things right!! Got a call from the office staff and a few days later the guys came out to fix the problem. Since then the problem has been rectified and the rooms are now cooling normally and evenly with the upstairs. Thank you for making this right. I hate I was lied to about getting new duct work (then argued by the sales guy when the initial installers showed up and said they didn’t have new ducting on their job). 5/2 Update: STILL NOT A SINGLE CALL/EMAIL FROM MANAGEMENT OR OWNERSHIP. HIGHLY REGRET USING THIS COMPANY. $30k later and here come the summer months, already becoming a battle to keep the 2 rooms cool. We were quoted and paid about $30,000 for this to be done. The whole reason we got it done is the temperature upstairs in the summer was simply too hot with 2 rooms struggling to stay comfortable. We were told all of the ducting was good so no need to replace but they would reconfigure the ducting and distribution to ensure proper flow to th... read more
