Mickey was professional and polite and answered all my questions.
Jordan was professional, knowledgeable and pleasant. He answered all of my questions and concerns and was very helpful, friendly and compassionate to me during his visit to my home.
They sold my roommate a new $16k unit that we had issues with for weeks. It was quite cold and we had the kids at the time. They were going to make us go all weekend without heat. One of their techs did some side work on a mini split. He took the cash and never followed through. Not sure if the issues with the main unit are due to the less than honest employee or if this is standard operating procedure. Beware.
