Tony was great. Was extremely patient tracking down potential underlying causes of an apparent easy fix. He also presented an add-on product with absolutely no pressure, just the facts and advantages (which we got). Also very personable and understanding. Great service … again!
Sam provided a very good estimate for my attic insulation. He was very knowledgeable and explained all the steps involved.
Still waiting to hear when you’re going to get me my evaporator coil. Guess I’m going a couple of days with no ac, and my unit wasn’t switched back on so I could at least run the fan.
