My air stopped working right during a warm up to heat wave. I called three service providers who were immediately said that couldn't get to my residence for a few days. Bill was very professional and straightforward. His expertise and years of experience were evident in diagnosing issues. He took his time in explaining the problem and our repair options. It was also obvious during the visit that he is an excellent teacher to his intern. He was able to find us some discounts and rebates and more importantly was able to schedule the needed repair ASAP, to minimize the time we would be without AC.
