These guys are great. Our technician, Tyler, did a fantastic job and the new system is working out beautifully. Update: Tyler came back for our 6-month service and pointed out that I had been putting the ac filters in backwards! He was super nice about it though and showed me how I would know what was to put them in. Still think these guys are the best in the business!
