Never got a real person on the phone, or response from email/website request. Called looking for a quote on replacing an old furnace with new whole-home system. Their phone system is run by an AI agent. After fumbling through the phone menu, I finally reached a voicemail box which is apparently unchecked. During a very cold spell our furnace was not working. We called this company and was told they had an $89 service call charge. We set an appointment and when they arrived we were informed there was an additional $129 charge to diagnose the problem. So we said ok. They said the issue was an igniter and we were in luck cause he had one on the truck. He informed us it was $495. We said go ahead as we didn’t want pipes to freeze. I would give zero if I could. I called these guys out to look at a central forced air for me at a rental property that wasn't keeping up with the demand. The technician diagnosed the issue correctly, there was a leak in the coolant system and it needed to be plugged and recharged. He then proceeded to tell me that it would cost over $2,000 and that he couldn't just charge time and materials like every other reasonable HVAC contractor out there.
