My old house has had a lot of issues over the years and Benjamin Franklin has always helped us out in a pinch. Their technicians are friendly and skilled and very helpful when it comes to explaining the problem and recommended solutions. Edit: after Benjamin Franklin transferred over to Mrs Michael’s the service has gone downhill. I haven’t used them since I had regular maintenance done on my AC because the technician called me lazy? So upsetting. Very sad to see the business change so drastically.
Shawn was very knowledgeable, polite, and straightforward with everything. He took the time to thoroughly explain what is going on and why. He was also very patient and helpful in relaying all of the information to the landlord, along with any pictures she requested or other information etc. He also took the time to explain financing options. He was able to answer any questions the landlord or my self had. Would definitely recommend / use again if needed!
Called to have my garbage disposal hard wired to the new unit, just like the old unit. Was told they could do the job. Day of appointment. Surprise surprise, they can't do the hard wired job requested. paid $90 cash for $89 appearance fee. No change, said he'd email receipt before he left had to complete paperwork in Van. Sucker took off before he closed the van door. Zero stars. Complete waste of time and money. Didn't even receive a written quote.
