Zach Walsh arrived on time. We discussed the problem of water backing up from the old water pipe set up to release water from washer. Zach inspected the area and ran a camera down the line to the main drain. He saw a few concerns and requested further inspection by Marcus. It was determined that the water pipe from washer had to be rerouted. And that main drain was ok and digging wasn't necessary. Big relief.
