I've been using One Hour to service my HVAC unit since I bought my house in 2018. I even pay for their membership. In 2021 they convinced me to replace my unit, because it was getting pretty old. This is where I started having issues with their service. I paid almost 12k for the new unit, and it didn't even work after they installed it. I had to have them come back and get it running! We had someone come out to our home this weekend because something was clearly broken in our AC. It was 85 degrees inside and we were melting. A guy came out and had a pretty “whatever” attitude and diagnosed our AC in about 20 mins saying it was a loose wire. He said he fixed it and that the temp should go down every 3 degrees every hour.
