The sales man (Brian) convinced us that we needed our ducts cleaned. The technicians said “only a bit of dust came out”. Either the One Hour Heating and Air sales man was dishonest or the One Hour Heating and Air technicians were ineffective. Additionally, the technician did not stand on the beams in the attic and instead smashed a hole in our ceiling so we have that to deal with. Hired to replace a zone damper. Technician came out and replaced the motor only but I was charged full price for the damper. When the deception was discovered due to improper function I’m expected to jump through hoops for resolution, TOTAL BREACH OF TRUST.
Just terrible. Terrible.
