Service was good, but timing was poor showing up in the last hour of the 4 hour window.
Shan did a very thorough job of checking out my furnace and air conditioner. He provided a very thorough inspection and pointed out in area of my fan that needed to be cleaned. He took care of cleaning the fan, did a thorough job of checking and cleaning the air conditioner. He was very conscientious of the work he was doing. I couldn’t be more satisfied.
Piyush Rami was our technician that came out right away and was very knowledgeable and fixed what need we d to be fixed for now. Of course we will probably have to do some other things later on but for now he has made it work and shares what he has done. Appreciated his knowledge and promptness to the situation.
Friendly staff from start to finish. So nice to talk to people who are happy and polite Definitely would recommend them to anyone looking for hvac work.
