Dylan came to my house and was wonderful working on the heater. He also helped me with one of the vents and with the inflow duct and because it needed to be cleaned and help me to set up my Wi-Fi on the thermostat because this was a new house for me. Today Jim came and he seems great. He explained everything to me and hopefully it will be fixed for a while or foe good, would be nice.
