Very disappointing. I was a customer with them for years. They come out for a system checkup because the unit is pumping condensation into the house. The customer service calls me and recommends a $959 or so job to reinsulate the main trunk line and reconnect a downed line in the crawlspace. I go for it as i trusted them as the experts. Then, I inspect it and all they literally did was tape the old dirty insulation around the trunk line with flex tape. The Vent in our bedroom was not working, cooling all around the house is perfect.When we called the company they said they have an offer going on where they come and check the duct work and give us an estimate and we can make A decision if we want the service or not. Two guys came in and went to the attic the they were there for less than 5minutes.
