The Vent in our bedroom was not working, cooling all around the house is perfect.When we called the company they said they have an offer going on where they come and check the duct work and give us an estimate and we can make A decision if we want the service or not. Two guys came in and went to the attic the they were there for less than 5minutes. The heat pump for our family's house failed in May 2017. After extensive research on HVAC companies, we allowed 8 companies to give us an estimate. Recently I called one hour because I new that I was going to have to replace my central unit. I have nothing but great things to say about this company. From the first call to set up an appointment, being on a fixed income and no Heat at all. I did not think I would be able to get financing to have heat this winter.
