The people have been so thoughtful and understanding polite and courteous offering solutions and same day and all thank you to Nick at the office and Chuck who provided the service for making bad news not feel so awful thank you all again
Technician came and he doesn’t know how to install nest thermostat we got a call some other company to fix this now it’s working nicely
