Carlos was a refreshing change from some of their competitors. He was forthright and knowledgeable. He showed up well within the window of the appointment. He took the time to do measurements and load calculations. He gave me both a recommendation fora new 2.5 ton system, as well as a replacement for the old 2 ton system. He provided fair estimates up front and did not inflate the oral estimate so that he could give a big "discount". I highly recommend Carlos!
