If I could leave a 0, I would. I had Jay come out to check out my HVAC unit as I knew I was going to need a new one. He then sent me an estimate for a new one. He did recognize the problem I had with moisture, but he did not go under my crawl space to check out the ducts. The estimate said little about duct work. I asked him about it and he assumed I was using old duct work? I don’t go under my house, I have no idea what the duct work looks like. We had our semi-annual HVAC inspection and maintenance work this last week. Amber Ballance was the tech and did a great job! She was highly professional, very detailed and thorough. She covered any potential issues we could have including making sure to put a reminder for the fall inspection to have the UV bulbs with her for replacement as their time would be up, saving us an extra call. Great job and a very professional.
