Amber did outstanding job of attempting to diagnose my AC intermitttent problem. Problem wasn't determined but she noted that when the issue occurred again I should not do a power reset but instead heve her come for a service call for no charge so she could diagnose the issue. Dhe is a very competent and friendly tech.
Tyson is a great guy to talk to willing to go above and beyond to get the job done . Would recommend to anyone . Thank you
