Matt arrived promptly & diagnosed the problem quickly. It was late in the day so the part we needed came the next day, as promised. They went the extra mile sending the part directly to our house and Max completed the repair quickly. Our VIP membership paid dividends again.
As usual Tim and On-Time were extremely prompt, customer centric, and thoroughly professional. I can’t say enough good things about Tim and the company. If you have any kind of home systems issues you would be hard pressed to find anyone better.
