Riley Eddy of On Time Service Pros came to service our furnace and did a thorough job inspecting all the systems including taking photos of the various parts. He found a blower motor that had a ruptured oil seal and explained that it could last several years or several weeks. He checked with the manufacturer and found that the part was still under warranty, saving us about $900. He was very friendly, efficient, and professional. We were having issues with all our NEST smoke detectors expiring on us, and could not be re-started, as the sensors had no doubt failed. Gavin Meyer assessed the situation and set us up for 8 new smoke & CO2 detectors to be installed later in the day. Very friendly and professional, and quick to ascertain the fix.
