He checked everything in the furnace and air conditioning. Changed the filters and cleaned both units . Very efficient and worth being on their monthly program offered
Bryan took time to talk thru the issues we were having with our AC. He explained the why behind the solutions he recommended. He spoke to me in a way that made me feel like my concerns were heard and that I was capable of understanding how to work toward addressing them as seasons change (summer to winter in particular). I appreciate being a VIP member and having our annual maintenance checks. I can ask questions that wouldn’t warrant a service call and be proactive about planning for upgrades.
Will was great - he was on time, very helpful in answering all my questions. Made common sense recommendations and guidance. Real pleasure to work with.

Very impressed with David and On Time. He came out to provide a second opinion in regards to a quote. He was thoughtful and took his time to explain everything to me. Prior to his visit, we had Bonfe's maintenance plan for roughly 5 years. We immediately canceling and switching to On Time plan.
