Could not get a strait answer to justify cost. Then the part he tried didn’t work so he just left as far as I know.
Dean arrived when scheduled and determined that the motor was blown in our one year old furnace. He ordered a new motor and replaced it the next day. It was considered a manufacturing issue so there was no charge for the parts or service. Dean kept us informed throughout the process.
They were great and speedy same day service
